Acceptance of Terms of Use

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on redENGINE's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Governing Law

Any claim relating to redENGINE's web site shall be governed by the laws of Denmark without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Subscription

The subscription is valid for the time purchased. When expired, the user is required to renew it manually.

Users caught abusing third-party payment services to obtain free services will be immediately and permanently banned.

Users caught selling subscriptions, cracking, or altering the behavior of the software will be immediately and permanently banned.

Subscriptions may be terminated by redENGINE at any time without warning and without liability, whether financial or not.

Use of Software

redENGINE accepts no responsibility for any accounts or systems used in conjunction with this website or any software or data contained within. You, the user, are solely responsible for your activities and any consequences arising from the use of our software. This includes but is not limited to online platforms, or any other digital systems. Any loss or damage incurred to your accounts or systems, whether financial or otherwise, is your sole responsibility.

Payment Policy

Fraudulent charges with an account that sends money without the consent of the account holder or any kind of frauds will result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated, and/or legal action will be taken. We do not allow the user to share or resell his account; it will result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated, and/or legal action will be taken.

Proper/Allowed Uses of Products

The services are only allowed for use on development and owned server testing. Your provided use is only valid for these services:

Testing of one's owned server for flaws/bugs/exploits, etc.

This product may only be used on a digital property you manage/run/own or authorized to do so on.

Anything beyond these stated use cases will be subject to immediate removal from our platform/service/product. You may contact us, but, under only our discretion, will you be allowed to stay on the platform. redENGINE will restrict access to its users without warning/notice/message; you may be banned or revoked immediately without receiving any form of notification or a chance to appeal.

Refund Policy

All products are sold "as is." You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. We stand behind our products, and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds. redENGINE WILL NOT refund, return, or exchange our product.

Once you have been provided a download, login, and password, that item is considered delivered and cannot be reversed due to its nature. Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

If you are canceled, revoked, removed, or banned from our product(s), platform, and/or services provided, you revoke your access to receive a refund. Under no circumstances do we allow improper uses outlined by the "Proper/Allowed Uses of Products" term of these Terms and Agreements.

Cancellation of Provided Services

redENGINE holds the rights to cancel, suspend, or ban your access from our product(s) if you are found in abuse of the item. Our services are provided exclusively for server testing/development purposes only. If you have been found, reported, or suspected of using this product improperly, you will have your access revoked.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Reverse Engineering our Services

Under no circumstance shall you decompile or attempt to reverse engineer our programs/services/scripts. We take note and log any unusual activity coming from the provided accounts.

You may not, and you agree not to or enable others to, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of our software or any services provided by us. We reserve the right to immediately ban you from our platform following such suspicion. No evidence shall be provided to you, the consumer if you are suspected of doing such. You have no chance of appeal and are governed by the Cancellation of Provided Services policy.

This includes, but is not limited to: sniffing, snooping, decrypting, decompiling, cracking, etc.
